We are super excited to be offering ‘Small Group Training’ classes specifically designed for cross training for Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Spots are limited to 3-6 per a class, there is a separate cost but worth every. single. penny.

Jason and Kelly are the personal trainers running the Small Group Training and between both of them they have over 40 years of experience. This is NOT a bootcamp! This training is specifically designed to bring you to the next level.

In Kettlebell 101 – perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to clean up technique on the deadlift, swing, goblet squat and get up.
Conditioning – is a progressive program to get you ready for hard rounds on the mats.

Yoga with Kelly – seriously, you know why you need this. Now is the time to add that mobility program to your training.

We designed this with Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai in mind but it’s also open to individuals who aren’t members at PTT.
