Jorden Reichenbach
Owner Pacific Top Team Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton
I am the owner of Pacific Top Team Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Penticton. My training began at Gracie Barra Vancouver in 2005, under Professor Tim Shears. The first couple years of my training were very sporadic. At that time I was also playing Premier rugby for the Meraloma Rugby club in Kitsilano, so to come up with enough energy to do both was challenging at times. Even though rugby, at the time, was my main focus I fell in love with the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of for the rest of my life.My first competition was the Pan Am Jiu-jitsu Championships in Los Angeles in 2007 where I was able to earn a silver medal losing by an advantage in the finals. It was that moment where I decided to take BJJ more seriously. I started competing in IBJJF tournaments on a regular basis winning the American Nationals, medaling at the Europeans in Lisbon and winning a few more medals at the Pan Ams, and American Nationals.
In April of 2009 I decided to move to Kelowna and open my own school. I began renting mat space twice a week at a Japanese jiu-jitsu school in Rutland where I was raised. The support built quickly.
My calling in life is helping people. I love to see people succeed and reach their goals. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Martial arts has completely changed my life and in my schools I have seen it change others as well. Seeing students learn and grow in this art is what makes me realize the positive impact BJJ has on everyone. This has, and will continue to be, a lifelong journey for me. I am always learning and evolving into a better version of myself through martial arts.

Kyle McLaughlin
Jiu-Jitsu Instructor
I started Jiu Jitsu in 2014 at Genesis Martial Arts in Abbotsford under Professor Jason Gagnon. Before Jiu Jitsu I trained in kickboxing and played premier soccer for several years. I got into Jiu Jitsu after my school wrestling program ended. I wanted to pursue wrestling outside of school and while researching my dad stumbled across Genesis and I fell in love with it after my first class. I grew up in the kids jiu jitsu program at Genesis and had the opportunity to volunteer at the club as a youth coach. In 2018 I moved from Abbotsford to Kelowna and joined Pacific Top Team. My jiu jitsu grown to a whole other level since joining the team. In 2022 I was offered the opportunity to teach within the kids programs and it was a no brainer for me to say yes. I have a passion for sharing my love for the sport and I get such fulfillment watching my students grow in their skills. While jiu jitsu was not initially my first choice of profession it is something I am pursuing. I graduated from high school early and pursed a plumbing and piping certification where I am currently a level 3 journeyman with my level 4 and Red Seal around the corner. Plumbing will just have to become my side hustle because teaching Jiu Jitsu IS the best job ever!
I have competed in an extensive number of tournaments throughout BC and Alberta as well as International IBJJF tournaments as a youth and adult competitor.
I look forward to sharing the mats with you!

Jadie Reichenbach
Program Director
I originally grew up in Kelowna but moved up to Prince George around grade 7. Throughout highschool, I grew a strong passion for car audio and electronics. This led me to my first career in managing the installation bay for a really successful audio business. With great attention to quality and detail in the work I did, I quickly found myself at the peak of my career, short of opening my own shop. Thriving for a greater challenge and something different, I decided to go into high voltage over in Alberta. Within a short time of getting my high voltage ticket, I quickly worked my way up to a foreman position, leading teams on construction projects. I loved working with people, however, something was still missing. After 10 years in the trades industry, I still didn't feel fulfilled and wanted something more challenging. My brother and owner of PTT Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Penticton made me realise how quickly his companies were growing and needed someone with my experience and skillset to help take them to the next level. I was all-in and moved back to Kelowna within months of our conversation. Working for PTT has been, by far, the greatest job I've ever had. It not only challenges me on a daily basis, but I also get to be around people, on and off the mats. What I like most about my career is helping each individual person find the right program for them. There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone invest in themselves, doing something extremely healthy both physically and mentally. Training with the members is also a lot of fun. The culture we have here is uncomparable and I couldn't be happier being a part of this team. See ya on the mats!
